Pros

This is a woman owned company.

Cons

Company is women owned and unfortunately only thinks of the bottom line. Constantly push to make patients take more hours when they don’t want to be seen.

Nuclear Care Partners Response

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We apologize that you did not have a good experience during your time with us. One of our main core values is "we do the right thing" and for us, that means prioritizing our mission (to elevate the standard of care for former atomic workers) over the bottom line. In everything we do, we are committed to ensuring our patients are receiving the quality care they need and deserve. Many of our patients do experience changes in their care hours, both increases and decreases, and these changes are directly reflective of their level of need. The care hours are all approved by the Department of Labor and the EEOICPA program - under which we are a medical provider. We do factor location and geographic standards into our compensation levels, along with experience and qualifications. Again, we apologize that you had a less than positive experience and will use your feedback to continue to improve!

Pros

As an RN working PRN, I have flexibility to choose my work days. There is a minimum requirement of 12 hours per month. I work in the patient's home as a home health nurse. I enjoy meeting and getting to know my patients and their families, teaching them about their health, and supporting their care journey as part of the health care team.

Cons

Communication between nurses can be sometimes difficult if something is not mentioned during nurses report. But we can always email the case manager or call the nurse if we have a question. I have seen it improved when we have a notebook to log daily cares and concerns in the home.
