The workforce is highly passionate and dedicated to the mission of advancing nuclear energy. Compensation is competitive for the industry.

While the pay is generally good, it often feels mismatched with skills and responsibilities, bordering on inequity in how roles are valued—at times, it felt like gender bias played a part. Unfortunately, there aren’t many opportunities for upward growth, which can make the role feel stagnant over time.
