      Good work life balance, 4 day week, ok pension but not as good as other public sector employers.

      Cons

      Micro management, inconsistent messaging from Senior Management, mediocre performance is accepted. Unnecessarily complex procedures which result in unnecessary delays and waste of public funds.

      Good package. Decent Salary. Flexible Hybrid working. Trusted to deliver the work. Lovely colleagues in immediate team and manager. Great people on the construction management team.

      Cons

      The process i was involved with was chaotic and did not reflect the standard process in industry. some long serving staff very protectionist against newcomers who might be better than them.
