The only catch? You have to still be an employee to enjoy them.
At the current rate, it feels like in a few months the company might be staffed mostly with people who joined yesterday and are still figuring out where the login button is… while many experienced folks may have already been shown the “corporate exit door.”
It’s starting to look less like workforce planning and more like a reality show where the rules change every episode.
