The company's values were simply copy/pasted from others, and they are not being lived out. They exist merely for appearance. The company culture is broken, largely lacking integrity and professionalism. The CEO micro-manages everything, despite it being clear that some employees possess superior knowledge. Trust is misplaced in individuals who are primarily focused on job preservation, fail to recognize their blind spots, and are resistant to change. This situation creates frustration, leads to micro-managing, and results in a blame-finding culture. Furthermore, business priorities are unclear, and products break daily.
