Our bonus program has been ongoing since 2022 and is based on the company hitting its financial marks each quarter, which we have done in all quarters but one. Yes, there are situations in serving our patients that are beyond our control, but our staff in your service role are limited to 40-hour weeks unless special permission for more time is allocated. In regard to advancement, we have several who have bumped up to the next level in the past year, so that’s definitely a possibility. Speaking to out-of-network benefits, we are also serving Tricare, VA, and Workers’ Comp patients so that is not an issue for the majority of our patients. We do not deliver to patients who do not want our physician-prescribed therapies … that would be a recipe for bankruptcy, both ethically and financially.
