Pros
I worked for this company for just under 13 years. It was good despite all the business challenges. They really try to find a way forward through difficult times (ie COVID, Insurance regulation changes, contract changes). They offered multiple times different positions within in the company if you want to move.
Cons
My position was one that is on call pretty much all the time. It is a little frustrating at times when you are trying to enjoy some down time.
