Pros
In addition to the stimulating projects and grand ambitions for the future, the company culture is excellent. Meanwhile, the working environment caters for just about every employee need. The structure is extremely meritocratic. Great work is recognised and rewarded with praise.
Cons
While the workload and level of commitment are, indeed, demanding this is actually what makes working at the company so interesting. This is as it should be; it is more of a positive than a negative, in my view.
