Pros
- Detailed training/onboarding - Fair compensation - Some of the smartest co-workers I have worked with in my tech career
Cons
- There are some of the tinier woes of working at a start-up. Some communication/process issues from time to time but even as I type that, the teams work quickly to ensure things do not happen again and if so, they know how to quickly resolve.
