      Joining at the associate level unlocks numerous benefits provided by the company.

      Cons

      The higher you climb, the messier the office politics get. At lead or manager level, people can get fired without solid reasons often just because they’re growing too fast and others feel threatened

      Pros

      Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
