Pros

Nuna's mission is more valuable (and probably more necessary) than most other companies out there. Working to fix healthcare is a daunting task, but here you get to tackle those challenges with a ton of very skilled people who are passionate in the space. In terms of the company specifics: I've enjoyed the lack of hierarchy (everyone has a seat at the table and a voice), the accessibility to leaders and the openness about pivots we've made.

Cons

The main one I can think of is that in certain areas silos have developed, but it's been good to see the acknowledgement of this and the proactive nature with which it's being addressed. It's definitely not solved yet, but it's in the works. Some may also ding the company for the pivots it's made, but I see that as less on the company and more on having to shift focus and reprioritize in order to truly try and enact change in a slow moving and at times archaic industry like healthcare. Lastly, the company is not for everyone. Despite working in healthcare, it's a fast paced, demanding environment and you have to be ready to accept changes and understand that your work (or your goal) may not be the same as it was 3mo ago.

Pros

I worked for a great manager and with wonderful cross-functional partners. So many talented and highly motivated colleagues.

Cons

Lots of leadership churn and restructuring. Would have loved to see success while working there, but the general company morale was too low.
