Pros
Joined during immediately before covid. Got good configuration devices. Had too much workload when few employees left in a row but that was good challenge... most staff is young and try to do things to improve skills other than job profile.
Cons
Salary credit is delayed due for some internal reason, it should fixed. More time for training should given before giving sales target I got 75000 Rupees weekly sales target from 1st week. Incentive structure should made more clear for transparency.
