Pros

Honestly, none worth mentioning. Any small perk is overshadowed by the overall dysfunction.

Cons

This company is a disaster from the top down. It’s run on nepotism and nonstop micromanagement, which crushes any motivation or autonomy. The morale is so low you can practically smell the decay in the building. Nobody is invested in the product because it’s neither competitive nor built to succeed. The team doesn’t care to improve anything—they’re just going through the motions. Leadership is clueless and defensive, and it shows in every aspect of the culture.

Pros

Been there long enough to see its ups and downs, and for the last few years its only been down (except maybe some months of 2024). The team that used to work there was amazing and now there aren't many left with the motivation to keep the flame up.

Cons

Absolutely no considerations/recognition from the stakeholder, he changes its speech every day or so. The vision becomes blurred every time he tries to take over the product roadmap. We used to have better social advantages prior to Covid, and that was with an accountant being the HR at the same time. Now we supposely have someone with HR experiences and its never been worst.

Pros

The one truly positive aspect of my experience at this company has been the incredible colleagues I’ve had the privilege to work with.

Cons

Over the past year, my team and I worked tirelessly, consistently exceeding expectations and meeting our objectives. However, instead of being met with trust and flexibility, we were asked to return to the office under strict and inflexible conditions—communicated with little notice. This decision, while perhaps operationally driven, felt abrupt and signaled a lack of trust in our ability to perform remotely. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated event, but part of a broader pattern of sudden policy shifts and top-down decisions that affected morale and productivity. The environment has often felt unpredictable, contributing to a sense of instability and fatigue among employees. As a result, many highly committed team members have chosen to leave. Despite their contributions, leadership has seemed more focused on pursuing a new vision than on retaining experienced staff. The lack of transparency around these transitions has been particularly discouraging. I sincerely hope things improve for those who remain, my experience was ultimately not a positive one. I share this in hopes that it provides helpful perspective to others exploring opportunities here.
