Pros
Organized/over the top training, although completely unrealistic expectations in the workplace setting.
Cons
Where do we start.
Literally chained to your workstation. Unnecessary, EXCESSIVE documentation that NutraCo requires...not the facility requires, but NutraCo requires. That means, tons of unnecessary work for the dietitian.
Less interaction time with the residents. More time tied down to the computer with unnecessary documentation.
Lots of unnecessary repeating of copying and pasting of the same sentences over and over in the documentation. Makes no sense.
The entire NutraCo documentation process is excessive and in the end, I'm sorry, it isn't going to make a difference, except keep them short-staffed on dietitians.
Micromanaged to death. No, thank you.
We are all professionals here. No need for that.
Expect no breaks whatsoever. No lunch, unless you want it deducted out of your pay. I've never experienced something like this, ever.
This company is on the struggle bus. I can tell. Unless they can become a bit more reasonable in their practices, they won't be able to retain dietitians.
