A lot of fluff, be careful with the spiked kool-aid! It is too good to be true. - Director Nutrabolt Employee Review

Pros

Free lunches but they are not great, free supplements but the ingredients is poison.

Cons

lets start with the fake reviews that they request new employees to write?! Lack of innovation. Lay offs every year, with hush money. But don’t worry leadership is living their best life in their McMansions and expensive cars that they obnoxiously park right at the entrance of the office. The executive team holds a lack of experience, one can’t even explain. Huge sexism issue, it’s a boys club. Expect your sex to dictate your pay and responsibility. Over spending from employees on everything from trips to rush unorganized projects. Sales is unorganized and sadly uneducated. Culture is toxic, and full of gossip which is unfortunately lead by the executive team and “leadership”. In which they are only concerned with being bros with each other and looking cool. Yearly company holiday retreat in which they try to make you feel like you’re lucky to work there, but seriously they are lucky to have you. One or two people will make the same terrible sob story about how Nutrabolt saved them because they hand out sales jobs like candy. No work-life balance.

Pros

Free energy drinks and merch.

Cons

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. The “best place to work” recognition does not reflect the reality of what many employees experience. During my time in this company the culture is driven by favoritism and a lack of accountability. Leadership roles are often filled by individuals who lack the necessary qualifications, while others are consistently overlooked without clear or honest explanations. Performance and merit are not the deciding factors for advancement. There is a consistent pattern of poor management, little to no training, and zero accountability for bad leadership decisions. Instead of building a professional and supportive environment, the culture rewards fitting a certain image over actual capability. I also observed ongoing inequities in advancement opportunities. Many BIPOC and LGBTQ+ employees were given vague or inconsistent reasons for not progressing within the company, while white employees / white hiring candidates advanced more easily. Over time, these patterns became difficult to ignore. Overall, the environment felt toxic, frustrating, and discouraging. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working here carefully evaluate whether this is the right fit no matter what role you are applying.
