Pros

Most jobs are remote and it’s a pretty flexible work schedule, didn’t care much about my hours or time off as long as I got my work done.

Cons

I can only speak for what I saw in the Tech Ops department but there’s no structure at all. Most of the job is “figure it out” for yourself but if it’s not in line with what my thoughts are I’m going to make you redo it 20 times with no feedback on why. Management is very cliquey and they only will only help you/give you guidance if you’re a part of the clique that worked together at their previous company. There’s a lot of unprofessionalism from management and they can be quite rude and brush it off as just having some “conflict”. There are people in other departments who will flat out refuse to work with some of the tech ops management. Very high turnover rate, most people come and go within a year or 2.

Pros

This is a fast-growing company pushing all the right buttons and doing all the right things. Focused on their core values (White Glove Service, Employees at the company's center, Smart Forward Progress). The pros? - Everything is on the table. Growth and Improvement are the starts of every conversation. - The company is the best at what they do; they drive the industry forward and lead the way there. - A genuine focus on results, not inputs or just efforts. - It's easy to make an impactful difference still. As the company is growing, areas for improvement and input are everywhere.

Cons

It's a fast-growing and fast-changing company, meaning that you need the mindset and flexibility to go with rapid change and improvement. It's a proactive vs. reactive company. Meaning that if you are used to sitting back and waiting for something or someone else to tell you what to do and how to do it, you will be waiting for a while. This company loves and lives empowerment to the employees, but with that comes the expectation that employees will take that empowerment and use it.

Pros

A few talented individuals trying to hold things together — though often sidelined. Remote.

Cons

The company lacks transparency and effective communication. Teams are siloed, project direction is unclear, and leadership often favors personal ties over qualifications. Significant time and budget are wasted on external consultants and subscriptions, with little to show for it. The result is a toxic atmosphere, poor morale, and failing products.
