      I joined 6 months ago and was looking for a career change/opportunity to be a part of a company with a great culture and mission. This is the best career decision I have made....Nutrien has great leadership, an outstanding collaborative working environment/culture, great locations, and a mission where we all work together to Feed the Future.

      Cons

      We are driving continual improvement and positive change in an exciting, collaborative work environment. If you like the status quo with minimal change...this is not the company for you.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
