Pros
Steady Pace. Generally speaking fellow employees are good to work with. 90% of customers in the area are very nice people and awesome to deal with.
Cons
Company is notoriously cheap. They won't spend money on anything at the retail end, customer relations, facilities (minus the odd site). For the most part our sites pale in comparison to the competition. The higher ups in corporate have absolutely no idea how the agricultural world actually works, they are strictly business people who do not understand the practical side of things. Their only concern is numbers and bottom line. They are always trying to cut costs at the bottom end of things.
