      Pros

      Laser focus on safety! Excellent company to work for, lots of benefits and flexibility in each role. No other agricultural retailer is as progressive in thinking as Nutrien Ag Solutions.

      Cons

      Trying to figure out how to pay people what they are worth, which is a great thing. I believe they will get there, just might take a few more years. It is average to good today, it will only get better.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
