great wage , great benefits, close to home so im home every night with my family

not enough apprecitation shown towards the working groups, used to have fun as a company by celebrating milestones, with a supper, or by breaking records like production records or safety records , we used to all get a zip up jacket summer and winter, which i would wear proudly , i still have all my agrium jackets but nothing to show for my new company i work for . if i want anything i must pay for it. yes i get a great wage and thats my reward, the higher up folks if they do a great job they also receive a great wage and get a substantial bonus on top of that like in the millions, so i think we could do better and bring back the appreciation nights we used to have. thank you
