Pros
Solid company with aspirations to provide the customer products, services and solutions to meet their goals. That same corporate culture overflows to the way they treat their employees. Employees are more involved in the path forward for each location than other companies I have been employed at. Managers try to flex and provide task coverage as much as possible so the employees can have the time off they need when they need it. Corporate communication from the top down is very frequent in the flow and extremely transparent. Corporate communication from the bottom up is very easy and attainable.
Cons
Nutrien is an agriculture input supply company working with various customers with each having varying goals unique to there operation. This creates a workplace with each day being somewhat similar yet different from any other day. This lack of consistent tasks from day to day can be overwhelming. However, this is an attribute to the industry it serves and not the company serving the industry.
