      Some of the most entertaining people work here

      Cons

      Career development is good in theory but not in practice at the manufacturing sites. Especially with the hourly workers. There's some new, yet utterly redundant HR, training and/or safety initiative every single year...The super swank towers for corporate sure are nice but you'll never see even a percent of that trickle down to the sites that actually make the money.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
