      When comparing Salaries and Benefits to other Ammonia Producing companies within the Trinidad Pt Lisas Industry, Nutrien Trinidad is the lowest. HR has now become an app on the computer and has totally lost touch with the employees. The General consensus from employees is that the company don't care.
