      Pros

      Great Pay, Benefits and lots of interaction with instrumentation and controls technology with little to no departmental red tape

      Cons

      Rocanville is a small town and the other surrounding areas of work are no better. Small town communities is what hold up the mine/mill. Cost and quality of food felt end of line transport.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
