      Pros

      Decent benefits as far as health insurance

      Cons

      Long hours average pay zero room for advancement unless you’re one of the managers buddies zero accountability from division manager to branch manager. Branch manager gets plenty of time off while the lower employees continue to work and get the jobs done

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
