      Good place from a work-life balance point of view. People are very friendly, and apart from work, they are very caring towards each other

      Cons

      The company seems to be hiring people more on the basis of personal connections rather than capability to handle positions. There also appears to be a preference for certain resources who act as authorities. On paper, the company’s numbers and financials seem dubious and not very trustworthy. I feel it is part of a larger saga where even larger stakeholder may be aware, potentially leading to the next major crash, similar to Blue Smart. There are many fraud inter-party transactions and leakages.
