Pros
I was going through a hard time in my life when I was working for a new Bluetooth and the management was extremely understanding and tried their best to work with me despite my problems with attendance and being late. They were extremely understanding and worked with me on a lot of things. Unfortunately, I can assume to balance what I was going through and work and ended up being let go but it was definitely my own fault. There also seemed to be many opportunities for advancement for those interested. Starting pay for customer service rep was $15 a hour. Also, their monthly potlucks and different themed events were super cute
Cons
I can't completely stand behind the product as it is a personal loan company and so having to see the kind of debt and multiple loans that many people were getting themselves into could be a bit depressing for some.
