      1. Free lunches for FTEs 2. Nice people, overall 3. Pretty decent benefits While there may be some issues with career advancement, this is certainly a good place with good people. You'll probably need to look for other companies if you really want to progress your career.

      1. Culture can sometimes be political 2. Depending on who your direct manager is, you may run into some issues.
