Pros
Sleepy company. Can come in clock in clock out collect your pay check. Little management oversight. Hours are good and people are nice. Job security better than most shops in the industry.
Cons
No competitive spirit. People are lifers with no ambition and trying to just grind out until retirement. Junior employees are not valued. Pay is below average, and they try to drag out every single pay bump. Company is in cost cutting mode and no clear direction or strategy from senior management. Sales people are terrible and cannot drive inflows despite good investment performance track record in fixed income. Office is a joke and embarrassingly dated and dirty.
