Nuvento Systems might seem like a dream company on the surface, but don't be fooled by their facade. This place is riddled with dirty politics and a culture of cheating that permeates every department. f you're looking for a fair and honest work environment, look elsewhere. I witnessed (and even experienced) several instances of colleagues resorting to cheating to get ahead. Management seemed to turn a blind eye to this, as long as the results benefited the company (or maybe their favorites). Promotions are a joke. Forget about putting in the extra effort and exceeding expectations. Here, it's about who can butter up the right people and spread rumors about their competition. I saw several hardworking and talented individuals bypassed for promotions because they lacked the necessary political savvy.
