Everyone working there was collaborative and accountable. Management went out of their way to add benefits and show they were really actively trying to give employees a great experience.

Relatively low salary but the entry level position was more geared to expanding exposure to the industry

I have worked for four different companies over the past 10 years, and this is by far my favorite. The best part about working for Nuventra is the level of respect between all employees - from the CEO to interns. Our leadership team is extremely approachable and genuinely seems to want the best for employees. Because of the size and structure of the company, there are opportunities to create a big impact if you're willing to work hard. In addition, I enjoy the flexible work hours, remote options, great benefits, and a bright, updated workspace.

You must be willing to adapt to change in this quickly growing company. No day is ever the same. While I thrive in this environment, some may not.
