Pros
No Pros as such, just good peers.
Cons
Leadership & Management: Leadership lacked experience and structure. Just a manager between us and a highly incompetent leadership (Came to know that manager left too because of toxic culture). Timelines were unrealistic, and overwork was common without proper support. Work-Life Balance: Extremely poor. Long hours, weekend work, and little to no extra compensation, even for sustained overtime. Career Growth & Development: Minimal. Efforts weren’t recognized, and growth opportunities or meaningful raises were lacking. Compensation & Benefits: Poor handling. Pay was often delayed or incomplete (Need to fight for F&F & compOffs enchashments) . No significant benefits or support for extra efforts. Culture & Work Environment: The positive side was helpful peers. However, the overall environment was overshadowed by toxic leadership. Communication & Transparency: One-sided. Leaders communicated when convenient for them but were less responsive when employees raised concerns. Project Planning & Execution: Poorly managed. Projects were given without proper planning, leading to constant rework and health-impacting stress. In summary, I was relieved to leave due to these issues, despite the good colleagues.
