Great CEO, shame about the micromanagers - Support Analyst Nuvolar Works Employee Review

I spent seven months as an intern at Nuvolar Works, and I only have positive things to say about my experience! The team is supportive, transparent, and dynamic, creating an environment that truly fosters learning and growth. As part of the HR team, I had the opportunity to interact with many employees and contribute to their day-to-day needs. Everyone I worked with was incredibly kind and collaborative. I also appreciated the company's strong commitment to CSR, with a real intention of giving back to the community and engage employees in making a difference. You can even enjoy time off to volunteer in your preferred causes. From an HR perspective, I also think there is great effort to implement useful and frequent peer evaluations, to ensure that employees receive continuous feedback and help them improve and collaborate more effectively with their teammates. The work-from-home policy is excellent for work-life balance, and the Barcelona office is always available as a calm and productive workspace. Overall, I highly recommend Nuvolar Works for anyone looking for a great company with a strong culture and a supportive team!

The only challenge I experienced, as other reviews mention, is that Nuvolar is a relatively small company, so employees often take on multiple roles and tasks. However, if you're open to learning and enjoy a dynamic environment, I think this is a fantastic opportunity to develop professionally.

The processes are well-defined and documented in the company. The project is pretty interesting both in regard to architecture and the business sector. There is a lot of learning support, and it's actively encouraged. The nature of the company enables individuals to participate in projects involving various technologies, including AI.

Like any company with a similar business model (consulting), working with the company involves operating in two gears and incurs some additional overhead. But nothing extreme.
