      No real innovation, no real vision. They prefer to run after dreams, without checking if that will really be useful for someone. Always trying to reproduce already existing solutions

      Pros

      Just opened another Cloud Innovation Lab office in Chambly (South Shore of Montreal) to improve the quality of life of their employees and save them commute time. Great management with lots of seniority, great focus and proven track record.

      Cons

      My team would like to scale faster considering all the success we have with AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, recruiting great talent take time.
