      Pros

      Nuvoton is a mixed signal consumer company with its own fab in taiwan. It gives its employee a unique opportunity to understand and work in whole design cycle.

      Cons

      This company is not for everybody and not everybody fit into its work culture. you should be able to work on multiple project to work here

      Pros

      Good work life balance The office is in the heart of San Jose and Santa Clara tech hub, the traffic is not too crazy.

      Cons

      The pay is average Not much outdoor activities for employees

      Pros

      There are some good people but one abusive manager. There is food sometimes. The company is not growing or going any where.

      Cons

      Not an enjoyable place to work. One manager is a big bully and very abusive. Cover up mistakes and take other's credit to survive. Extreme micro management. Manager requests reporting in real time. Not efficient vision of future. Low wage and long hours.
