Pros
Company overall is a great company even with Fresenius acquiring it. Coworkers are great and the different teams work great together.
Cons
Local Management, pay, no operations to move up, it doesn't matter how much you do above and beyond your job or how long you have been with the company management picks and choose who they want. It is not a company problem it is a management issue.
