They are just deceiving people, initially they offer 4.2 LPA, but its just a bait. For 6 months they just give 10k , and after 6 months they mostly fire all the people. And hire new people for 10k. The company only has 10 -15 people , and they work from a 2bhk flat, in a mostly residential building. Their bond says, after 6 months youll be given 25k , 10 will be deduced as a bond amount, which will be given after 1 year.
But no employee has reached that yet.
So no point wasting your time, they just want interns to their work , as the work is really mundane as well.
even that 10k doesn't come on time, its generally 10- 15 days late
