Pros
The only pro is that you learn a little bit as a fresher for 1 year. Then after that you just keep doing the same work over and over and ultimately learn nothing.
Cons
Heavy micromanagement, they do not treat you as employees you are just numbers, the people are of very mediocre mindset, they will try as much as possible to pay you in peanuts, no work life balance, culture is bad, the work timings are insanely strict, stretching after working hours is taken for granted and glorified, infact is a hidden KPI and you will be assumed to be a better employee if you stretch even if you bring 0 outcomes.
