      Pros

      Nothing I can find for this single man company. The CEO, the CTO, the manger all is handled by one person and he is very bad at it.

      Cons

      The Boss attack the developer personally and he is a very bad guy. It does not operate like a software company. There is no culture and no respect for employees. No benefits at all for employees. No vacation is given and salary is deducted even if you don't come to office for sickness.

      Learnt a lot about software development needed for a project and team collaboration

      Could've been more specific about project goals from the beginning which changed quickly over time

      They provide on time salary.

      Cons

      No WFH facilities. They are shutting down their launch facilities. Not given increment per year. They show a fake workload before govt holidays.
