No significant draw backs to working there :)

First off, the challenge is super exciting. Even though it might not seem that way, LLMs still don’t come close to Nym’s engine for medical coding, and that’s mostly because of Nym’s unique mix of LLMs with hard-coded rules, which comes from a mix of engineers, physicians, data scientists, linguists and more. On top of that, I can’t think of a better place to work—great people, strong friendships, and a real sense of teamwork.

The market Nym operates in is hard, it may take months or even a year to close a deal. The product big picture plan changes often which can be annoying.
