Translation tools need to be improved

You get a tiny bit of money for translating, if you do it for fun.

The pay is ridiculous for the amount of work you have to do per chapter. I was paid $16 to translate each chapter, but each chapter had more than 4,000 words and it took me 3+ hours to translate each chapter. Also, when they pay you, they take the wire fees out of your pay, which means you get paid even less than that. After translating your chapter, your chapters get sent to an "editor" who reads through your chapter for issues, but they don't know the language you're translating from, which means if they find some mistake, they send it back to you to fix. What's the point of having editors when the translator is doing all the work they're supposed to be doing? I was trying to look for a part time job to help out with my living expenses, but this wasn't a good choice for me. It was an absolute waste of time and I could have done much better things with my time.
