Does not care about employees! - Office Manager O'Brien Veterinary Group Employee Review

O’Brien Veterinary Group took over our clinic and everyone became just a number. Once they hired the new Chief of Veterinarians and Chief of Operations, Lauren, (same person for both) it became unbearable. Her exact words to a few team members who had very valid complaints against her was “Let me make this clear to you, there is NO ONE above me! I am everyone’s only boss”. Some people can not handle having such authority and she is one of them.
