Serious management problems - Line Cook/Prep Cook/Dishwasher O'Charley's Employee Review

Management is non-existant, which makes what should be a pretty easy job, extremely stressful, and definitely not worth the pay. Most of the staff are lazy as the can be. There's an atmosphere of "Every man for himself", when it should be a team effort. I was employed there for over a decade, and was let go on the drop of a dime, without any severance, or even a kind word from anyone. Unless you're a glutton for punishment like I was, I would not recommend Ocharley's as a company, or as a individual store.
