Pros
Loved the work. Great benefits. Great pay. 30 days off, paid. People were great. The best job I have ever had.
Cons
I have never seen a place run so badly. They hire people based on who they know, and they are very open about it. The entire employee structure is built on a "bragging rights" system, who knows who, who is related to who. They don't even attempt to hide it!
