4yThank you for taking the time to leave a review we do appreciate it. Fantastic to see you have highlighted a number of positives of working here. In terms of your cons, due to the industry we work in we do have to work to targets but we never want our people to feel pressure with regards to these so in the first instance we would advise you to reach out to your Store Leader to have a chat around your targets and what they can do to support. In terms of communication we are surprised that you feel like that as we have a number of ways that we communicate out to our people whether it be via our comms app or workplace. Again if you feel that you are not getting updates the way you feel you should be then please bring up to your Store Leader in the first instance. Thank you for being part of Team O2.
