Pros
Great atmosphere to work. Very open and informal. Colleagues are helpful, funny and dedicated. Good hybrid work NS Business card and km travel allowance. Management is open and open to learn. Office was just renewed.

Low salaries Short contracts Some teams are short with high amount of work. Pressure can be heavy sometimes.

Ik vind OBI4wan op dit moment geen aanrader als werkgever. Het is ooit anders geweest, maar op dit moment vind ik dat er te veel hiërarchie is. Er wordt heel erg gedaan alsof dit niet zo is, maar in bepaalde functies heb je echt niets in te brengen. De salarissen liggen gemiddeld laag, en vragen om salarisverhoging heeft geen zin. De werkdruk ligt bizar hoog, en er wordt nul waardering uitgesproken.
