Pros
The company is made up of nice people for the most part. OBO is a good opportunity to learn about CRM’s and use them to your advantage to get certifications. Fully remote which is great.
Cons
Really poor higher management at the senior level. They (higher management) lied to us in our monthly meeting saying that the recession would not impact us and that we would be okay. Said that even though there were a ton of tech layoffs happening, that provided us with good opportunity to get more deals because companies look to outsource work when that happens. They let go of three great, hard working employees without any notice or indication. They denied multiple hard working, strong, smart employees of much deserved raises or gave them very minimal raises at best. Like one of my coworkers once told me “obo is a great stepping stone but that is it”.
