Pros
I’ve been working at OBRIO for almost six months, and I truly feel heard here. I really value the people around me — strong professionals who give real feedback and support. There’s plenty of room for initiative: you’re not just “completing tasks,” you can actually shape processes and approaches if you take responsibility. Management is open to dialogue — you can come with an idea, a concern, or a problem and get a thoughtful response instead of a formal one. What also matters to me is how the company treats the war and supports people during instability. You genuinely feel cared for, not just given a list of benefits on paper.
Cons
I haven’t found any real downsides so far. The pace is fast and dynamic — but I see it as part of growth and one of the things that makes the work exciting.
