      Good schedule for students or people with other commitments

      Cons

      No support from management, complete lack of education with different disabilities. People get promoted to management based off how much the owner likes them, not their skill. Management is also very right politically and bring it up constantly.

      Pros

      The adults you work with make it all worth it. The great thing about working at OCB is that you never have to sit behind a desk and you can enjoy the outdoors.

      Cons

      The owner is interesting to say the least, a little pushy and thinks he's really god's gift to man. If you have new ideas and a better way of doing things. Or even have a way about you that makes the owner think you are challenging him, they will find a way to get rid of you.
