Lots of Work and open to creativity in some respects. Easy to fit into any role you are willing to get involved in, lots of opportunity to learn new things. Team Members were fantastic, very family like culture.

Business grew and culture changed including stresses - change is inevitable though. Work pressure and demands at times were unreasonable, repetitive and arduous. Being involved in roles or tasks that is not empowering, motivating or meaningful.
